Why I’m a proud graduate of UNLV …
My experience at UNLV was greatly shaped by my role as a student-athlete. I was incredibly blessed to have been recruited by the UNLV softball program, one of the best in the nation.
The entire community at UNLV who supported my journey was amazing; from the committed coaching staff who led our success on the field, to the educational support team who ensured we flourished in the classroom.
My studies at the College of Urban Affairs were not only challenging, but equally inspiring – in particular, I was drawn to the curriculum around gender and interpersonal communications. This has become a passion and focus of mine, especially in the business community where I’m actively managing opportunities to increase diversity and strive for equality.
My Rebel experience laid the foundation for who I am today – an ambitious CEO, well-respected leader, and personally fulfilled wife and mother of five boys. I will continue to share my passion for UNLV with anyone who will listen. GO REBS!
